Why EnrichRoad exists

The system was never built for families like ours.

I am JB, a working parent from Denmark. I spent 14 years being reliable, skilled, and completely exposed. EnrichRoad is what I built instead of waiting for permission.

Founder voice

"We'd wake up, meet in the kitchen, and nod at each other — unspoken — that we were going to take one more day of this."

"I performed normally at work and fell apart at home every evening."

"She comes home happy. That sentence required years of fighting for."

JB, Founder of EnrichRoad

This is not a guru story. It is a survival story that turned into a build plan. If you are here, you probably do not need motivation. You need a map that respects your constraints.

The short version

For 14 years I did what you are told to do. Show up. Work hard. Be reliable. At the same time, my family was fighting a quiet war at home.

Our daughter could not get through school mornings. Professionals told us she would mature. We stopped waiting and paid for a private assessment. Autism, age 8.

At work, I pulled the numbers to prove my load. On a five-day week I was running a third of every project on the team. Later, on a three-day paycheck, I was still matching my full-time colleagues. When I brought the data to my boss, he would not even look at it.

My wife and I were in full survival mode. Some mornings we could not keep food down before the school run. We kept the house, the car, the school fees, and we kept going.

EnrichRoad is the result of that collision. I am building the tools and the proof that help working parents create independent income without sacrificing their kids to the calendar.

The turn

"She was 99% like me. My brain. My intuition. My way of processing the world."

"She didn't break my world — she opened it."

JB, Founder of EnrichRoad

The smallest things told me first. A go-kart on an ordinary Tuesday and a daughter laughing the whole way around the track. A new school, three days a week, four hours a day. She comes home happy now. In late March 2026 the resignation letter landed. That was not a tragedy. It was permission to build something better.

How it happened

The road, in order

2015
Our daughter arrives. A career I was proud of, a home, a family. I assumed the pattern was knock, land, keep going.
2021
Our son is born and something shifts. The unhappiness we had explained away stops being explainable.
2023
Told to prove my workload, I pulled 19 months of data. One of five consultants, running a third of all projects. Full survival mode at home.
2024
A private psychiatrist confirms autism, age 8. I move to a three-day week to be home. The workload does not shrink.
2025
On a three-day paycheck I am still matching full-time output. The boss will not look at the numbers.
2026
The resignation letter lands. I start building EnrichRoad in public. Wins, failures, the whole thing.
What we believe

A roadmap, not a fantasy

Proof over perfection

You do not need a perfect plan. You need one small shipped asset and one real buyer.

Constraints are real

This is built for limited time, limited energy, and the unpredictability of family life.

Simple offers win

Small, useful digital products beat complicated launches. Especially when you are tired.
