Refund Policy

When and how you can get your money back, plus your statutory rights worldwide.

Effective date: May 7, 2026  ·  enrichroad.com/refund-policy
Operator: EnrichRoad.com, Odense, Denmark · Reg./VAT: DK35964991
Here is the deal: I want you to win, not feel trapped. This page tells you exactly when and how you can get your money back, and the few situations where I cannot refund. No buried clauses, no fine-print games. This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Standard refund window

We offer a 30-day refund window on most digital products purchased directly from EnrichRoad, subject to the conditions in Sections 2 and 3. The window runs from the date payment is completed.

A specific product may offer a longer or stricter refund window (for example, a "60-day money-back guarantee" or a final-sale low-ticket bundle). The terms shown on the product's checkout page apply to that product and override this Section 1 where they conflict, but only to the extent they grant you equal or greater rights than this Policy or applicable consumer law.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal — EU/EEA & UK

Under Articles 9–16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and its national implementing laws, and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers in the EU/EEA and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as our ebooks, courses, memberships, templates, and downloadable files), the right of withdrawal ends as soon as performance has begun, provided that:

  • You have given prior express consent to performance beginning before the 14-day withdrawal period ends; and
  • You have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal; and
  • We have provided written confirmation of the contract.

By ticking the consent box at checkout (or, where no box is shown, by clicking the purchase button on a product page that displays this notice), you give that express consent and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal as soon as you receive access to the digital content.

Where this consent has not been given, EU/EEA and UK consumers may withdraw within 14 days by sending a clear statement to [email protected] (a model withdrawal form is available on request). We will refund the price within 14 days of being informed. This Section does not restrict our discretionary refund offer in Section 1.

2A. US and Canadian buyers

US federal law and Canadian federal law do not provide a general statutory cooling-off period for online purchases of digital goods. Some US states and Canadian provinces (notably Quebec's Consumer Protection Act) provide narrower rights for specific contract types; where any such mandatory consumer right applies, it is unaffected by this Policy. In all cases, our discretionary 30-day refund in Section 1 applies to US and Canadian buyers on the same terms.

3. What is eligible for a refund

Under the discretionary 30-day window in Section 1, you may request a refund if all of the following are true:

  • The request is made within 30 days of purchase (or the longer window stated on the product page).
  • The purchase was made directly from EnrichRoad (not from a third-party reseller, marketplace, or affiliate's own platform).
  • The product was not used in bad faith (see Section 4).
  • For courses or memberships: you have not consumed more than 40% of the course content or member-only resources (measured by lessons completed, modules accessed, or downloads).
  • For coaching or 1:1 services: you have not yet attended the first session, or the request is made before any non-recoverable time/cost has been incurred on our side.
  • For bundle purchases: refunds, where granted, apply to the bundle as a whole. Partial refunds for individual items inside a bundle are not available unless the product page states otherwise.

4. What is not eligible

The following are not eligible for a discretionary refund (statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are unaffected):

  • Products marked "final sale", "no refund", or "all sales final" on their checkout page at the time of purchase.
  • Products bought with a promotional, free, or near-free price, where the product page expressly states refunds are not available.
  • Done-for-you (DFY) services, custom work, and coaching sessions already delivered, in whole or in substantial part.
  • Products where you have downloaded, copied, distributed, or substantially consumed the content beyond the threshold in Section 3.
  • Requests outside the refund window.
  • Subscriptions or memberships after the current billing period has begun (you can cancel future renewals at any time, see Section 7).
  • Cases of abuse, including serial refunding, refund-then-redownload, sharing the product before refunding, fraudulent claims, or threats and harassment of our team.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • The subject line: "Refund request — [Order/Receipt number]".
  • The email used at checkout.
  • The product name.
  • The reason for the request (a short note is fine; you are not required to provide more than is allowed under applicable law).

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days.

6. How and when refunds are paid

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, account, or person.
  • Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Currency conversion or bank fees charged by your provider are outside our control and are not reimbursed.
  • When a refund is issued, your access to the refunded product, course, or community is revoked, and any licence granted under the Terms ends. You must delete any downloaded copies.

7. Subscriptions, memberships, and recurring billing

  • You can cancel a subscription or membership at any time from your account dashboard, or by emailing [email protected].
  • Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until that date.
  • We do not prorate or refund the unused portion of the current billing period, except where required by applicable consumer law.
  • Renewal charges are made automatically on the renewal date until you cancel. Forgotten or unnoticed renewals are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at [email protected]; we will usually resolve it faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us, or filing one after a refund has already been issued, is treated as a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and submit evidence of delivery and acceptance, suspend or terminate your account and revoke product access, refuse future purchases, and recover any chargeback fees, banking costs, and legal costs we reasonably incur.

9. Effect on the Partner / Affiliate program

If a sale is refunded or charged back, any commission paid or accrued to a Partner on that sale is clawed back in line with Section 8 of the Terms of Service. This does not affect the customer's refund.

10. Free trials and free downloads

Where a free trial converts into a paid subscription, we will tell you the conversion date and price before you start the trial. Cancelling before the conversion date avoids any charge. Free downloads have no monetary value and are not refundable.

11. Force majeure and extraordinary circumstances

If we cannot deliver a product because of an event beyond our reasonable control (for example, a sustained outage of a critical third-party platform, force majeure, or change in law), we will either issue a store credit of equivalent value or a refund at our reasonable discretion.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted at enrichroad.com/refund-policy with an updated "Effective date". The version in force at the time of your purchase is the version that governs that purchase.

13. Statutory rights — mandatory rights savings clause

Nothing in this Policy limits, restricts, or excludes any statutory or non-waivable consumer right granted to you under the law of your country, state, province, or territory of residence. This includes, without limitation, rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the South African Consumer Protection Act 2008 (including its 5-business-day cooling-off right for direct-marketing sales, where applicable), the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019, EU/EEA and UK consumer-protection law, and equivalent rights elsewhere. Where any provision conflicts with such a right, that right prevails to the minimum extent necessary.
