Terms of Service

The rules of the road when you use our site, buy a product, or join our partner program.

Effective date: May 7, 2026  ·  enrichroad.com/terms-of-service
Operator: EnrichRoad.com, Odense, Denmark · Reg./VAT: DK35964991
This is the Terms of Service for EnrichRoad. Questions? Email [email protected] and I will explain it like a friend, not a lawyer.

1. What these Terms cover

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("you", "your", "Customer", "Partner") and EnrichRoad. They govern your use of the website enrichroad.com and any subdomain, page, funnel, course portal, member area, community, email, app, or digital product we operate (together, the "Services").

By visiting the site, creating an account, purchasing a product, joining the partner/affiliate program, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services or buy any product you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the law that applies to you.
  • Provide information that is accurate, current, and complete.
  • Not be barred from using the Services under applicable law or under a previous decision by us.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company, and "you" means both you and that company.

3. Your account

When you create an account you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud, or that we are required to act on by law. Where the breach is not material and not unlawful, we will give reasonable notice when we can.

4. Products and Services

EnrichRoad sells digital products including (without limitation) ebooks, guides, templates, courses, memberships, coaching, and software access. Each product page describes what is included, the price, and any specific terms that apply to that product. Those product-specific terms are part of these Terms.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise: products are delivered electronically (download link, login, or email); access begins at the time of purchase; and you are responsible for the device, internet connection, and software needed to access them.

5. Licence to use our products

When you buy a digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes, in line with these Terms and any product-specific terms.

You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:

  • Copy, resell, sublicense, lease, share, or publicly distribute the product or its contents.
  • Upload it to a torrent, file share, AI training set, or third-party platform.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source materials.
  • Pass it off as your own work.

Where a product is explicitly sold with resale rights, white-label rights, or PLR (Private Label Rights), the rights granted are only those expressly stated on that product's page or in the licence file delivered with it. Any right not expressly granted is reserved.

6. Payments, prices, and taxes

  • All prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and are inclusive of, or exclusive of, applicable taxes as indicated on the checkout page.
  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment details you authorise the charge.
  • We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay for a one-off product is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
  • For subscriptions or recurring billing, you authorise us to charge the saved payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel.
  • You are responsible for any local taxes, duties, currency conversion fees, or bank fees that apply to your purchase.
  • Failed, reversed, or charged-back payments may result in immediate suspension of access until resolved.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where a digital product is delivered for immediate access, EU/EEA and UK consumers acknowledge the rules on the right of withdrawal set out in the Refund Policy. Buyers in the US, Canada, and other jurisdictions retain any non-waivable consumer-protection rights that apply to them.

8. Partner / Affiliate Program

If you join our partner program ("Partner"), the following additional terms apply:

  • Commission rates and payout schedules are those published in the partner area at the time you generate a qualifying sale. We may change them prospectively on reasonable notice.
  • Commissions are earned on completed, non-refunded, non-chargeback sales attributed to your tracked link.
  • Commissions on refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, or reversed orders are deducted ("clawed back") from current or future payouts.
  • A minimum payout threshold may apply. Unpaid balances below the threshold roll forward.
  • You must not bid on our brand terms in paid search, run misleading ads, make income claims you cannot substantiate, send unsolicited email (spam), self-refer, or use cookie stuffing, incentivised traffic, or any deceptive method.
  • You are an independent contractor. You are not our employee, agent, joint venturer, or franchisee, and you cannot bind us.
  • We may withhold, reverse, or forfeit commissions, and terminate the partner account, for any breach of these rules or applicable law.

9. No income, results, or earnings guarantee

EnrichRoad teaches strategies, frameworks, and tools for building digital income. We do not promise, guarantee, or warrant any specific income, sales, traffic, ranking, audience size, or business result. Examples, case studies, and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or assured outcomes. Your results depend on factors we do not control, including your effort, skill, market, capital, and the consistency of your action. Nothing on the Services is financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, or professional advice. Always seek qualified professional advice for your situation. See our full Earnings & Results Disclaimer.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to:

  • Break the law or facilitate the breaking of the law.
  • Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person.
  • Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the Services or other users.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Use any automated system (bot, scraper, AI agent) to access the Services beyond normal human use, except where we have given written permission.

We may remove content, suspend access, and report unlawful conduct to authorities.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, code, course materials, frameworks, and the EnrichRoad brand, is owned by EnrichRoad or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited licence in Section 5, no rights are granted to you. Any feedback you send us may be used by us without obligation or payment.

12. User-submitted content

If you post comments, testimonials, or other content on or through the Services, you keep ownership of it but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and use it to operate and promote the Services. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence and that the content does not breach Section 10.

13. Third-party services and links

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party tools, payment processors, hosts, or websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and governed by their terms.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted access, or security.

Statutory consumer rights are preserved. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, warranty, or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law that applies to you. This includes, without limitation, the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act, the South African Consumer Protection Act 2008, the Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019, EU/EEA and UK consumer-protection law, and equivalent rights in your country, state, province, or territory of residence. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with such a non-waivable right, that right prevails to the minimum extent necessary.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility.
  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services or any product, on any theory of liability, is capped at the amount you actually paid us for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the event, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EnrichRoad, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or any third-party right; or (d) your user-submitted content.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20, will survive.

18. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at enrichroad.com/terms-of-service with an updated "Effective date". Material changes will be communicated via the site, email, or in-product notice with reasonable notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Copenhagen, Denmark have exclusive jurisdiction, except that:

  • EU/EEA consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence and to rely on the mandatory consumer-protection rules of that country.
  • UK consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland (as applicable) and to rely on mandatory UK consumer-protection law.
  • Consumers resident anywhere else, including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, and other jurisdictions, retain any non-waivable consumer-protection rights granted by the law of their state, province, or territory of residence.

EU/EEA consumers may also use any nationally available alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. (Note: the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.)

20. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any product-specific terms are the entire agreement between us.
  • Severability. If any part is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Notices. Legal notices to us must be sent to [email protected] with the subject line "Legal Notice — EnrichRoad".
  • Language. These Terms are written in English. Translations are provided for convenience; the English version controls.
